describe ours and you can compare it to the others.
Many companies simply send you to watch videos, it’s the easiest and laziest way to do it, but new realtors have a lot of questions and videos do not answer questions.
You need to have live classes. They can be either in the office or by Zoom but they need to be live so realtors can ask an many questions as they need to.
Most companies do not have live training, the few that do have one or two live classes a week. We have
6-8 classes every week. Last month we had a total of 26 live classes. 90% are on Zoom so it doesn’t
matter where you live and 10% were live in the office.

This amenity gives realtors the convenience of doing the training from home, or from any computer in the world, at their own desired time. Not only can you watch our trainings as many times as you’d like, but you can also rewind them as often as you find necessary. Unfortunately, 80% of realtors are part time and cannot attend training on weekdays, which is when most companies offer it. We created our own accessible videos so that everyone has access to the training they need, whenever and wherever want it.

The Zoom classes are all Need to Know classes, the classes that are in the office are Nice to know classes
such as we will bring in a title company to explain the foreclosure process. But all the really important
classes are by Zoom so everyone anywhere can watch them.
We have classes in the morning, afternoon and at night at 7pm.
Nobody anywhere trains at night. NOBODY!
We do because a lot of people work during the day and
cannot make the day classes. We have the training in English and Spanish.
We also have all of our classes recorded on our website in English and Spanish so you can watch them as
many times as you like.

All universities have courses that are conducted virtually. Just as students can either go to class and watch a video prepared by the professor, or watch classes online in the comfort of their homes, our courses function just the same way. In these videos, you will find useful information and learn everything necessary for you to succeed as a realtor. By watching these videos, you will be doing exactly what realtors in a live class would be doing: listening as the broker explains a contract (or any other form) step-by-step. Online, the realtors follow along with their provided training manuals while limiting the distractions that can come about in a live setting. Just as realtors may have questions to ask at the end of live trainings, any questions you may have can be written down and presented to your mentor afterwards. No difference.
In addition, Florida Realty offers a variety of live training classes at the office twice every week. These classes are designed to equip our realtors with the proper knowledge, technique, and motivation to apply to their work ethic.
